Overwhelmed Hong Kong Residents Stunned as Major Blaze Destroys Apartment Buildings

University student a local student was among the many individuals drawn to the site of a deadly fire that engulfed much of the multi-block residential estate in the city's Tai Po district.

"This is a tragedy," the student remarked about the fire, noting that he had observed a body being transported from the area.
